These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of L Wars: Chi Town (the "Game"), published by Best KPI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By installing, activating, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you obtained the Game through a third-party storefront (Steam, Microsoft Store, Epic Games Store, or Gumroad), that storefront's terms of sale also apply to your purchase.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, on up to the number of devices permitted by your license activation limit.

The Game, including all code, art, music, characters, story, and trademarks, is owned by Best KPI LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License keys are issued and verified through Gumroad. Refund requests are handled according to the refund policy of the storefront through which you purchased the Game.
We may release updates or new versions from time to time. We are not obligated to provide updates.
We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEST KPI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME.
L Wars: Chi Town contains mature themes, strong violence, and mature language and is rated for audiences 17 and older. By using the Game, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by local law in your jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance.

Best KPI LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the desktop game L Wars: Chi Town (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you install, activate, and play the Game, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This Policy applies to the desktop version of the Game distributed through Gumroad, Steam, the Microsoft Store, and the Epic Games Store. If you obtained the Game through a platform storefront, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to your account and purchase there.
When you activate the Game with a license key, the key is sent to our payment processor, Gumroad, to verify that it is valid and has not exceeded its device-activation limit. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Upon successful verification, an encrypted activation receipt is stored locally on your device using your operating system's secure storage.
We collect limited, non-identifying gameplay analytics to understand how the Game is used and to fix bugs, including general gameplay events, crash/error diagnostics, and device/platform information. We do not collect your name, email address, physical address, or precise location through in-game analytics.
If you purchase the Game through Steam, the Microsoft Store, or the Epic Games Store, that platform may collect its own account and usage information under its own privacy policy. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their data practices.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with Gumroad (to verify license keys), with platform storefronts as required for distribution, and with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations, or if required by law.
Locally stored activation receipts remain on your device until you uninstall the Game. Aggregate analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your personal information depending on your jurisdiction. Contact us at contact@kpidone.com for requests. You may also uninstall the Game at any time.
L Wars: Chi Town is rated for mature audiences (17+) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including OS-level encrypted storage for activation receipts and code-signed builds. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Information collected may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective Date" above.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and Best KPI LLC ("Licensor") for the software product L Wars: Chi Town, including associated media and updates (the "Software").
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software for personal, non-commercial use. Your license key may be activated on up to 5 devices.
The Software is licensed, not sold. Best KPI LLC retains all right, title, and interest in the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not:
The Software requires online activation of a valid license key, verified through Gumroad. An encrypted activation receipt is stored locally using your operating system's secure storage.
Official builds are digitally signed using a certificate issued to Best KPI LLC and managed through Microsoft Azure. Verify the digital signature (Publisher: Best KPI LLC) before installing from any source other than an authorized storefront.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
We may, but are not obligated to, provide updates or new versions of the Software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BEST KPI LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software.
